grief therapy in Charlotte, NC | online across north carolina & South Carolina
A safe place to grieve, find hope, & learn to live again.
You would give anything to turn back time & undo what has happened.
You want to feel grounded and whole again but instead, you feel:
- Overwhelmed and anxious
- Confused about what to do next
- Bombarded by feelings, thoughts, and memories
- Lonely and isolated
You often fear life is stuck this way and there must be something wrong with you otherwise things would be better, easier, simpler.
You’re tired of hearing people tell you it’ll get better with time or “it was in God’s plan”. Despite their efforts and intentions, others just don’t seem to get it.
Something inside has nudged you to seek out a different kind of support…and here you are.
I'm Anna.
Here to offer you support that’s validating, compassionate, & real.
I believe we are all worthy of a space where we can sit with our questions, perhaps our misery, our pain, our uncertainty, and have someone walk alongside us through our journey. Life can take us in many directions and sometimes we need help to find our way again.
I provide grief therapy to adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Clients come to me wanting to know if what they’re feeling is “normal”. They often feel like they’re in freefall and they crave clarity and direction. I am passionate about supporting others in one of life’s most difficult moments: experiencing the death of a loved one. If you’d like someone to walk alongside you while you're grieving so you don’t have to feel so alone and overwhelmed, it would be my honor to meet you here.

Reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation call. I’ll ask a few questions and you can also ask questions of me so we can determine if we’re a good fit at this moment in your journey. Sometimes that will lead us to step two and other times I may offer a referral if I feel there’s another provider who can better support you.
